1:1 COACHING
Private sessions offer a safe place where we get to know one another and do tailored work according to your goals. You are uniquely you, which means that your own personal experiences have shaped who you are today. There is no one else like you. This highlights the importance of working with me 1:1 because the things preventing you from living to your fullest potential are unique to you.
- Your belief system and model of the world is unique;
- Your dreams and aspirations, your goals, are unique;
- The reasons why, and how, you experience self-sabotage is also unique.
To experience true transformation, it’s imperative that we learn what your narrative is, and where it came from, so that we can rewrite your story.
Lifelong change occurs once you are able to:
- Shift faulty belief systems that are holding you back,
- Change how your brain responds,
- Eliminate the internal ignition switches that are currently being triggered, and
- Recognize sabotage when it happens so you can work through it.
My goal is to work with you for 12 months or longer to truly support you in lasting transformation. I’d love to be your coach for life! However, I know that kind of commitment can be scary in the beginning.
Here’s how we get started… I ask that you initially commit to 90 days. At the end of the three month period, we would evaluate your progress and any other areas of your life that you would like to improve. You are free to love it or leave it.
From there, as long as the relationship is mutually valuable, we would continue on a month-to-month basis for as long as you are finding it beneficial.
