Most of our behaviors are habitual. They’re called Habit Loops (The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg) and consist of a Cue first, then a Routine behavior, followed by a Reward of some kind. Humans don’t do anything consistently without a reward.
Thoughts and beliefs have an impact on how our genes and cells express themselves. This impacts our vibrational broadcast, the frequencies we emit. Our vibration attracts like circumstances, people, and events that match. Often times, that isn’t desirable to us.
Behavioral changes alone do not create lasting change. You have to change your beliefs about what you’re trying to change first; your WHY. And why is this? Because the behaviors would be contrary to your beliefs and that’s not how our brains work.
Our brains run on default programming. Our conditioning creates the programs. Think about all the things you do on a daily basis that you don’t have to put forth any effort to accomplish them.
Changing behaviors alone doesn’t change your frequency. Your frequency is what the Universe is responding to.
When you change your beliefs, your behavior naturally changes because your actions will always align with what you believe.
When you change your beliefs, it changes your perception of the outer world (no judgement, etc) and that changes the reality you experience.
